Project Description

An in-progress study to convert an existing 160,000 s.f. 13-story office building fronting Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles’ prime business thoroughfare, to 188 market rate apartments.  A portion of the curtain wall facing Wilshire Boulevard is shown removed to create stacked pocket parks and allow daylight inflitration into what otherwise would be inboard units.
