A prototype application of Synchronis’ Predictive Workflows™ concrete column and slab system for a site in the Pinata Market District South of Downtown Los Angeles. The system flexibility allows for uncompromised basement and street level structured parking, a 30,000 s.f. retail wrap, and 360 units of market rate and workforce apartments.
