An in-progress study for 350,000+ s.f. mixed use building in the heart of an active downtown retail and entertainment district in an historic California city. An application of Synchronis’ Predictive Workflows concrete slab and column system, it includes 40,000 s.f. of co-working office space, 230 market-rate units, 165 units of workforce housing, and 30,000 s.f. of street level retail.
