Project Description

A solution to maximize site utilization and long-term value by building a ground-up 240 room 4-star hotel, replacing the existing on-site Class B office building.  This scheme utilizes Synchronis’ Predictive Workflows™ concrete slab and column system with the additional option to use factory-built, “plug-in” rooms.  The potential schedule savings is anticipated to be on the order of 8 months.
