3150 Bear Street Scheme 3

A solution to maximize site utilization and long-term value by building a ground-up 240 room 4-star hotel, replacing the existing on-site Class B office building.  This scheme utilizes Synchronis’ Predictive Workflows™ concrete slab and column system with the additional option to use factory-built, “plug-in” rooms.  The potential schedule savings is anticipated to be on the order of 8 months.

Downtown Mixed-Use Center

An in-progress study for 350,000+ s.f. mixed use building in the heart of an active downtown retail and entertainment district in an historic California city.  An application of Synchronis’ Predictive Workflows™ concrete slab and column system, it includes 40,000 s.f. of co-working office space, 230 market-rate units, 165 units of workforce housing, and 30,000 s.f. of street level retail.
